Product Terms

1. The minimum total cost of the SpamDefend Yearly Payment option is $110. Upfront payment of 12-month contract is required and is non-refundable if you terminate the service before the end of the term.
2. The Monthly Payment option is a month-by-month contract, which can be terminated on one month's notice.
3. You must have your POP3 or Managed Exchange email hosted at WebCentral to utilise SpamDefend.
4. SpamDefend will scan all incoming emails to all mailboxes under your domain and automatically bounce all messages identified as probably bulk, unsolicited email ("spam") by our system. Bounced emails will be returned to the sender of the email.
5. Periodic reports of the number of spam messages trapped will be sent to the nominated email address you supply on signing up for the SpamDefend service.
6. SpamDefend is available for a maximum of 100 mailboxes under a single domain. Should the number of mailboxes under your domain exceed 100, you may incur additional fees for the service. Should you require spam protection for more than one domain, the SpamDefend service will need to be enabled separately on each subsequent domain name and standard SpamDefend charges will apply per domain.
7. WebCentral does not represent or warrant that SpamDefend will:
   (a) trap all or any proportion of the spam that is sent to your email account; and/or
   (b) provide protection against viruses, denial of service attacks or other malicious code or conduct.
8. WebCentral is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from:
   (a) bouncing of non-spam or important messages from your mailbox;
   (b) bounced messages not being redelivered to you in an alternative form by the sender; and/or
   (c) any offensive content or spam which is not filtered from your mailbox.
