Product Terms

1. The Managed Exchange BlackBerry Add-On is only available to Managed Exchange premium email customers. Additional fees apply for using the BlackBerry Add-On.
2. BlackBerry devices and GPRS plan costs are not included with the Managed Exchange BlackBerry Add-On. You are responsible for the selection, maintenance and support for your BlackBerry device and GPRS plan to which you connect to the service.
3. We can assist you in configuration of your BlackBerry device in order to connect to the service, however, if you encounter any problems with your device or GPRS access, you will have to seek support from the other supplier(s).
4. You must not use your BlackBerry device in, or send or take your BlackBerry device to foreign countries that are not approved by your device provider.
5. The full monthly charge for the Managed Exchange BlackBerry Add-On product will be incurred for whole or part of a month in which the service is operational for each individual Managed Exchange mailbox on which it has been activated.
