Yes, the BlackBerry Add-On will work with any of the five different types of Managed Exchange mailboxes. However, if you are using Managed Exchange Basic Access, it is important to be aware that you will have no access to the calendar function on your BlackBerry device from your Outlook Web Access (OWA) interface. This is because Managed Exchange Basic Access does not provide any calendaring functionality, so there will be no calendar available for the BlackBerry calendar to synchronise with.
It is also important to note that if you are using Managed Exchange Basic Access, Solo Access or Web Access and are also using a BlackBerry device with system software earlier than version 4.0, you will have to follow a slightly different process for activating your BlackBerry device than normal.
